BITS Pilani, Hyderabad Campus and the University of Hyderabad, India, along with Macquarie University, Sydney, Australia, are pleased to announce the 16th International Conference on Sensing Technology (ICST-2023) which will be held from 17th to 20th December 2023 at BITS Pilani, Hyderabad campus. The conference is technically co-sponsored by IEEE Hyderabad Section (Record Number: 59744). ICST-2023 is intended to provide a common forum for researchers, scientists, engineers, and practitioners worldwide to present their latest research findings, developments, and applications in sensors and sensing technology. ICST-2023 will include keynote addresses by eminent scientists as well as special, regular, and poster sessions.

Tutorial-only Registration
Participants who wish attend only tutorial on 17th Dec 2023, need to register using the registration form by Clicking Here.
There are limited seats of 25 participants which will be filled on first come basis.
Once you have successfully filled the form, you will receive a payment link where the participant has to pay a registration fee of Rs. 1500.
If you are not able to successfully fill the form, it means that the seats are full.

For All Authors and Conference Attendees
All participants need to be registered to attend the ICST 2023 by paying the requisite registration fees.
The registration fees include the conference kit, access/admission to tutorials & technical sessions, lunch on all conference days, morning and evening refreshments, banquet dinner, access/admission to cultural events as part of the conference.
At least one of the authors of every accepted paper must register for the conference as author and present the paper in order for it to be included in the conference proceedings of ICST 2023. In addition, the authors have to pay an amount Rs. 2400/- per paper for subsequent submission to IEEE Xplore® digital library.
If more than one author of an accepted paper wishes to attend the conference, all such authors need to be registered separately by paying applicable registration fee.
Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author attend and present the paper at the conference. Non-presented paper will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore® digital library as per IEEE no-show policy.
If an author or co-author is NOT available to present the paper at the conference, the TPC Chair can grant permission in some extreme cases to have the paper presented by a qualified substitute presenter. The deadline to submit a substitute presenter is November 30, 2023.
