Paper Submission

Authors are invited to submit the full manuscript (upto 6 pages including references) of their technical paper, for oral or poster presentation. Papers in pdf format may be uploaded via the web using the system at:

The authors need to register to have their account using Microsoft CMT3.

The MS Word template for preparing manuscript can be downloaded from here. The instructions for preparing the Latex template can be downloaded from here. The docx as well as latex template can also be downloaded from the IEEE Website. Final manuscripts should not be more than six (6) A4 size pages. In submitting a paper, the author(s) agree that, upon acceptance, they will prepare the final manuscript in time for inclusion in the published proceedings and will present the paper at the conference. The final manuscript will not be published without advance registration.
