CAMERA READY Submission

Note:  "Only the primary/contact author should submit the camera-ready copy and only one IEEE copyright form needs to be submitted for one paper"

1.  Login to the author console in Microsoft CMT portal

2.  In the author console, below the camera-ready option, now you will be able to see edit camera ready submission and submit IEEE copy right form as you see in the screenshot below:

3.  Click on the submit IEEE copyright form and you will be redirected to the page as you see in the screenshot below and click on the hyper link "here" as shown below.

4.  Once you click you will be redirected to the IEEE publication agreement page as shown in the screen shot below. 

5.  Complete all the five steps mentioned in that form to download your IEEE copyright form, you will also receive an email from ecopyright.ieee.org, where you will receive the IEEE copyright receipt and consent form.

6.  Rename the received consent form as per the following format: IEEE eCF_ “your paper title” _ “your paper id”

7.  After renaming the file go back to the author console and click again on the submit IEEE copyright form and click on the upload from computer. Select your renamed copyright consent form and upload it and then click on save button. 

8.  Create an account in IEEE PDF express (if you have an account already you can login with those credentials)

9.  Once you create an account you will be able to see the login page as below

10.  Enter the conference id as 59744X, your email address and password you have used for IEEE pdf express account.

11.  You will be redirected to the IEEE pdf express page where you click on Dash board

12.  In the dash board page click on Create new title and you will be redirected to a new page as shown in the screen shot below

13.  Enter your paper title and click on continue and then upload the word document of your paper (.doc/.docx file ) from your computer and click on continue, file conversion process will start and it may take a few minutes for the conversion to complete and if your submission file matches with the IEEE compliant then IEEE pdf express file will be generated, but if your paper has issues with the IEEE format, pdf will not be generated and you will receive an error message. Correct the errors and then check again, continue this process until you get successful in generating the IEEE pdf express file. Once you generate the pdf successfully, download the same and rename it as per the below format

CRC_ “your paper title”_”your paper id”

14.  Go back to your author console in Microsoft CMT portal and click on Edit camera ready submission then you will be redirected to a page where you will be able to see your paper title, paper id, authors details and submitted file (if you have already submitted a camera-ready file). Delete the old submission and upload the new IEEE pdf express renamed file of your paper from your computer and then click on save changes.

15.  After submitting IEEE copyright form and IEEE PDF express compliant Camera-ready copy on the Microsoft CMT portal send an email to icst@hyderabad.bits-pilani.ac.in, attaching the following i. IEEE copyright form submitted and final camera-ready copy submitted
