Registration Instructions
Please read the following information and instructions carefully before registering for ICST 2023.
Every participant have to register under a suitable "Registration Category". For "Full Registration", the participants can present up to 2 papers and for "Student Registration", the participants can present only 1 paper.
In addition to the registration, the participants can choose to avail the paid services like publishing the papers online in IEEE Xplore, attending tutorials scheduled on 17th December 2023 and add accompanying person for banquet dinner. The charges for each of the registration categories and additional services in Indian National Rupee (INR) and United States Dollar (USD) are provided in the tables below. Please note that the registration charges vary if the participants register after 31st October 2023. The mode of payment is different for the participants registering from India and outside India. Participants registering from India have to pay through SBICollect (link provided in the registration form). However, participants registering from outside India, have to SWIFT transfer the amount to an account (details are provided in the form).
For All Authors and Conference Attendees
All participants need to be registered to attend the ICST 2023 by paying the requisite registration fees.
The registration fees include the conference kit, access/admission to tutorials & technical sessions, lunch on all conference days, morning and evening refreshments, banquet dinner, access/admission to cultural events as part of the conference.
At least one of the authors of every accepted paper must register for the conference as author and present the paper in order for it to be included in the conference proceedings of ICST 2023. In addition, the authors have to pay an amount Rs. 2400/- per paper for subsequent submission to IEEE Xplore® digital library.
If more than one author of an accepted paper wishes to attend the conference, all such authors need to be registered separately by paying applicable registration fee.
Any accepted paper included in the final program is expected to have at least one author attend and present the paper at the conference. Non-presented paper will not be submitted to IEEE Xplore® digital library as per IEEE no-show policy.
If an author or co-author is NOT available to present the paper at the conference, the TPC Chair can grant permission in some extreme cases to have the paper presented by a qualified substitute presenter. The deadline to submit a substitute presenter is November 30, 2023.
Participants can register for attending the conference through any of the below mentioned categories.
Participants can choose to avail the additional services along with the conference registration as shown of the below.
Participants must follow the steps mentioned below to complete the registration process.
Step 1: Click the Registration Form link to open the registration form and enter the personal and paper related details.
Step 2: Please select the "Country" of your current affiliation from using the dropdown menu. The default selection is "India". Please note that the currency of the registration charges and the mode of payment will change as per location in India or outside India.
Step 3: Select the "Registration Category" from the dropdown menu and see the registration amount being added in the field "Total Registration Amount".
Step 4: Select the other add-ons (additional paid services) and see the final amount in the field "Total Registration Amount".
Step 5: If the country is selected as "India", please note the final amount in INR shown in the field "Total Registration Amount" and click on the SBICollect link to complete the payment.
Step 6: In the SBICollect portal, enter your personal details and the total amount manually. Click on the "Pay Now" button and complete the payment using Credit Card/ Payment Wallet/ Net Banking.
Step 7: If the country is selected as anything other than "India", please note the final amount in USD shown in the field "Total Registration Amount" and SWIFT transfer the amount using the bank details provided in the form..
Step 7: Note the "Transaction ID" from the payment acknowledgement and enter the same in the "Transaction ID" field of the "Registration Form".
Step 8: Click the "Submit" button to finish the registration process. Once completed, you will also receive an acknowledgment mail in your registered email.
This completes the overall registration process. Incomplete entries will not be considered as a valid registration.
